Prof Andreas Schibler
Andreas is not only my mentor but a longstanding pillar in paediatric ventilation and international, multi-site respiratory research.

He manages the PIVARES group at Queensland Children's Hospital besides all his other duties.
Dr Simon Erickson
​
Simon is a Paediatric Intensivist and researcher in Perth.
He is the immediate past-chair of the Paediatric Study Group of ANZICS. His work-related interests are in clinical research (ARDS and Sedation), use of echocardiography in PICU and acute care teaching (PALS, EMAC).

Kate Leutert, RN, MN

Kate is the lead nurse educator at Westmead's PICU. Besides this she is the president for the NSW/ACT branch of ACCCN.
She's brings along over 20 years of paediatric critical care experience and is willing to share her wealth of knowledge with you!
Oliver Tegg, RN, NP

Oliver is one of Westmead PICU's Nurse Practitioners and a well established part of the team with more than 20 years of experience.

He's a keen and skilled educator and an incredible asset to this course.
